Surf Telecoms awarded ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification
Surf Telecoms Ltd has been awarded ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems certification for its products and services.
ISO9001 certification demonstrates and provides the confidence to customers that our products and services are delivered to a consistent high quality by ensuring quality management principles are applied; in particular: customer focus, leadership, service delivery, competence and awareness of our people.
Surf Telecoms Ltd has had an established formal quality management system, certified to ISO9001 with an accredited body, since 2001. ISO9001:2015 is the first major revision of the standard since 2008 and whilst companies have until September 2018 to transition to the new version, Surf Telecoms has taken the lead to become an early adopter, underlining its commitment to continually improve its customer propositions.
