extending our core fibre backbone of pop-to-pop transmission
network over fixed wireless and third party local access connections.
This combination of infrastructure and microwave access enables
the rapid deployment of affordable, high quality services between
the regions towns and cities and even into more remote rural
locations.
Surf operates a ring topology network which provides our customers
with added protection in the event of a fault. The carrier class
bandwidth and leased lines are provided via DWDM (Dense Wavelength
Division Multiplex), SDH (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy) and
Ethernet Fibre network.
A comprehensive range of bandwidth capacities are available
to cover all requirements, they range from 2mbit/sec PDH lines
and Ethernet service up to 10Gbit SDH, GigabitE and DWDM optical
carrier class connections.
We do not provide residential, ISP (broadband) or telephone
services. We focus on regional carrier services, international
backhaul, managed WAN services, inter radio communications site
services and regional business data networks. |
